Il faudrait un triple vitrage avec moyen d’ouvrir pour l’aération et pour le bruit."

"Le lieu est très beau. L'emplacement est très central, ce qui a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Avantage bien sûr, d'être au centre historique de Bordeaux. Sinon, le lieu est beau, très belle hauteur sous plafond, belle pierre, cuisine très bien équipée, Sdb Ok, SAM et chambre avec de très belles cheminées. Bien que central, le lieu est bien isolé et calme."

"L'accès proche en voiture n'est pas possible du tout. Le parking le plus proche est mal fréquenté, il faut donc viser un parking plus éloigné. Ensuite vous devez porter tous vos bagages du pkg à l'appartement. Problèmes d'humidité présents mais c'est récurrent à Bordeaux. Le chauffage était bien mis en route avant notre arrivée et les déshumidificateurs aussi. Donc rien à dire"

He made our arrival very welcoming. The property is quirky and interesting. If you are looking for 5 star brand new luxury this is not for you. The history and uniqueness of this place is worth it. And it is in a brilliant location."

"The location of the property was excellent. It was very spacious with decent kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was certainly an experience to stay in such an old and grand building like this. The key exchange was prompt after a quick phone call."

"We did not read all the reviews, and this had been mentioned a few times, but we needed to constantly empty two dehumidifiers (about twice a day) as it is very damp in the building. I don't know that this can be avoided and is probably normal for the ground floor of a building of this age."

"Superb location, right on St Pierre Square with dozens of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Very impressive apartment, beds were fantastic and kitchen had all appliances you could need. We were even left a bag of fresh coffee beans to use with the coffee machine."

"The layout is slightly strange, access to the second bedroom & main bathroom is only though the first bedroom. Also there is a nightclub next door so initially we were worried about noise, but this was not a problem for us (maybe worth bringing earplugs if you are a very light sleeper just incase)."

"The property is absolutely stunning. It’s on the ground floor and is a beautiful apartment full of character. The location is amazing, you are right in the heart of Bordeaux, and speaking to the management team was very easy with them being very accommodating after a delayed flight."

"The only slight down side to the property is that it’s stated that it had air conditioning, which it does not. As the apartment is so old it is very cool so this wasn’t a problem for us but I’m the height of summer it might be too hot. Also, due to the age of the apartment there are dehumidifiers in both do the bedrooms and I needed to empty these several times a day to keep the humidity at a comfortable level."
